Plus, many are eating poorly while getting inadequate and unrestful sleep, preventing their body from improving its ability to fight off viral infections, including coronavirus. Add to this the worldwide rollout of 5G technology as well-indented dwellers sanitize their home and hands with products that are caustic and include respiratory irritants and hidden toxic chemicals.
Active measures like regular hand washing, face masks, and social distancing can certainly help, but none of these actions improve your immunity and a vaccine may not be available soon.
